A coaching session is a conversation that lasts on average 45 to 60 minutes but can be longer or shorter, depending on your needs.
The initial session is usually longer than follow-up sessions because it is often used as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to get some details about you.
Further sessions might begin with our agreeing a target outcome to be reached by the end of the conversation and the sessions usually end with giving you something to complete before the next session, based around options to move forward that you have chosen.
However, coaching is flexible and I will work with you to design an alliance that best suits your needs.
What's involved with coaching?
Coaching isn’t about the coach giving you solutions, they have to come from you, but you are not alone, your coach is there to guide and support you.
